We are a dynamic and friendly team, for many years we have been dealing with rentals for tourist purposes, the Polinesia villas are our flagship, as they are equipped with all comforts, inside each housing unit the refined furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere, while outside the large green areas allow you to fully enjoy the surrounding environment, to make our guests have a relaxing and pleasant holiday.

Villa Polinesia is a brand new structure, completed in April 2023, the villa is completely independent with private garden, internal parking space, private swimming pool (open from 1 June to 30 September), porch, sun loungers. It is spread over 2 floors, on the ground floor there is the living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with crystal shower, on the first floor there is another bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom with shower in crystal, terrace. The villa is equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, garden service with umbrella. The villa is located close to a wellness center and spa, and is about 700m from the sea.

Neighborhood info

It is the sporting soul of the coast, with its large artificial lake, near the beaches, where canoeing and sailing courses are held. Lake of Nations The town of Lido delle Nazioni is characterized by wide streets, lots of greenery and many shops for the pleasure of shopping after a day at the seaside. The beaches are easily reachable from the seafront and are suitable for children's entertainment with slides, swings and swimming pools. For a wellness holiday, a modern spa facility is open that uses bromine-iodic water, with massage centers and relaxation areas. For a dive into the past, at the Lido delle Nazioni you can visit Garibaldi's hut where the hero of two worlds landed as a fugitive with the dying Anita on 3 August 1849.
