The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator and directly overlooks the harbor, offering stunning sea views. The interiors are spacious and well laid out, featuring a large living room with access to a livable terrace, three independent bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area is very bright and overlooks the sea, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a dining table, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. From the terrace, guests can enjoy a magnificent view, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and suitable even for longer stays. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: the master bedroom, also very bright and with sea views, features a walk-in closet and air conditioning, and is served by an adjacent bathroom with a spacious shower; the second bedroom, overlooking a garden, has two single beds that can be joined into a double, a built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning, with the washing machine discreetly hidden; the third bedroom, smaller but functional, offers two single beds, ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Both bathrooms are modern and equipped with large walk-in showers and full sanitary facilities. The entire apartment is air-conditioned, providing cool air in summer and heating in cooler seasons, ensuring maximum comfort all year round.
