This elegant villa is the perfect choice for those seeking a luxurious stay surrounded by nature, just a few minutes from the lively port of Porto Ercole. The outdoor spaces are spacious and designed for every need. The swimming pool, with its adjacent patio and comfortable sofas, is perfect for relaxing at sunset, while the garden offers shaded areas ideal for resting or for children to play safely. Next to the kitchen, a patio with a wooden dining table is ideal for outdoor meals. On the upper floor, sea-view terraces provide additional lounge areas with comfortable seating. The villa is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living area with kitchen and dining room overlooking the garden, as well as a double bedroom with private French-style bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a sea-view living room, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and direct access to the outdoor terraces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The villa also includes linens, blankets, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Private parking spaces are available directly in front of the property. Please note: two bedrooms are interconnected. NOTE: the access road is steep and narrow, and may not be suitable for very low cars or inexperienced drivers. NB: From November 1st to May 1st, an additional heating fee will be required.
