You will receive an invoice for the full amount of the booking, broken down into the following items: • OTA commissions • Cleaning services • Full guest management services (amounting to approximately 25% of the revenue, net of OTA commissions and cleaning services) • Rental fee collected (and transferred to the property owners) In addition to the invoice, you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement via OTP. While not yet mandatory, it is binding and provides greater security for both parties. The rental fee will be specified within the contract. The property features two spacious terraces with breathtaking views, perfect for relaxing at sunset, enjoying an aperitivo in the lounge area, or dining outdoors. The internal courtyard is ideal for evenings with friends, thanks to its outdoor lighting, large marble table, and gas barbecue. The living room is the heart of the apartment: it consists of two lounge areas facing the sea-view terraces, offering comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The décor is thoughtfully curated, with ethnic-style artwork and vibrant colors contrasting beautifully with the blue of the sea visible through the large windows. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one double bedroom with access to the internal patio, and one with bunk beds, both equipped with air conditioning. Between them, there is a bathroom with a shower, finished with high-quality materials. On the upper level, there are two double bedrooms, both with satellite TV, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. One of them also features a bathtub in addition to the shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher and oven. Guests will find towels, bed linen, blankets, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is also plenty of storage space for personal belongings and luggage. NB: From November 1st to May 1st, an additional fee for heating will apply. NB: The property is set over two levels. The upper floor is accessible only via stairs and is therefore not suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility.
