In 1970 Claudio Stipa, an engineer, started a pioneering project that maximised the best characteristics of a place that immediately enchanted him. In the pine forest, on an area of almost two hectares that runs along a small river, each pitch is set by dry stone walls and surrounded by vegetation typical of the region. Immersed among myrtle, lentisk, beech and fragrant herbs, you can admire the sunset from the outdoor showers or, while having breakfast, you can watch the moorhens sneaking through the reeds. Our family are still taking care of this precious ambience with the attention that is paid to a home, allowing all guests to feel at ease.

The sea of Sardinia needs no introduction. We are in an ideal location to visit heavenly beaches such as Cala Goloritzè, Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, in the Gulf of Orosei, or Berchida and Biderosa Oasis.The island also offers a land to be discovered: a wild nature and wide landscapes where, apparently, there is no presence of man. At a short distance from us you can discover karst caves, ancient forests and the Gorropu, with its 500 m, the highest canyon in Europe. Those who love to explore the culture of the places they visit will be very interested in the history, language and traditions of this land, which have been affected in various ways by the isolation and location in the middle of the Mediterranean
