What makes my property unique is undoubtedly its strategic location near the Castelbolognese train station, making it easily accessible from anywhere and facilitating travel to the Romagna Riviera or the hinterland. My property is also equipped with everything you need for a stay of any length, serving as a true home with everything you need for even long stays. Guests can enjoy the privacy only an entire apartment can offer! It is pet-friendly for small pets and very convenient for families, as it features a third single bed and a queen-sized sofa bed. Finally, there is the possibility of using the secure internal condominium parking, and I am always available for both tourist and practical advice, as I know this magnificent region inside out—a land waiting to be discovered for its excellent food and wine, its UNESCO heritage sites, and the entertainment of the Riviera!
