ONLY for reservations of two people who request two separate beds, the laundry supplement of SEVENTEEN EUROS is required. For reservations of three or four people or two people who use the same bed, it is NOT required. Apartment overlooking the Chianti hills, in a quiet area just a few minutes from Siena and an excellent starting point for visiting the characteristic Tuscan villages. Guests have access to the large living room with open kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, one of which with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with suspended sanitary ware and shower. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. Free parking available on the street. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a private entrance and self check-in, has modern and functional furnishings and consists of a large equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with double beds. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay, the entrance opens onto the living area, large and bright, with the comfortable sofa and TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the accessories needed to prepare meals and breakfasts independently and the dining table can comfortably accommodate four people. The sleeping area is characterized by a bedroom with a large double bed and walk-in closet, there is also a desk available for work or study. In the second bedroom there is another double bed and a wardrobe, the bathroom is large, with suspended sanitary ware and a shower. Towels and courtesy set are provided for each guest, a hairdryer is also available. In the closet near the entrance there is a washing machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, TV and Wi-Fi, parking is available for free on the street and around the building. The apartment will be entirely available to guests. Cleaning costs refer to ordinary cleaning, any faults, breakages or additional cleaning will be charged to the guest.

The apartment is located in Quercegrossa, a hamlet of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in a small, very quiet condominium. Nearby there is a supermarket, bar, pizzeria and pharmacy. A short distance away there are also wineries with direct sales and tastings of products and a complex with 7 swimming pools surrounded by greenery. There is a bus that takes you to Siena in just under half an hour, but to best admire the area and visit the surrounding villages, it is recommended to use the car.
