The property is located in a central position (Traffic-Restricted Area), overlooking the village and is 13 minutes walk from the beautiful Terme Antica Querciolaia, immersed in the fascinating territory of the Crete Senesi and the Chianti hills. The accommodation consists of living area, kitchen and bathroom. The accommodation of about 40 sqm is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT lift. There are stairs (7 steps) and steps inside the apartment, please pay MORE attention. For this reason children are NOT allowed. The interior space is divided as follows: - LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, "24 inch" TV, wardrobe, table and chairs in wood; - KITCHEN with gas hob, electric oven, dining table with chairs, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, various cooking utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THE GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes stand, fan. ATTENTION: NO air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: The fireplace is NOT usable.

In a few minutes walk you can reach the center of Rapolano Terme, is a spa town that has two establishments: Terme San Giovanni, immersed in the Sienese hills, and Terme Antica Querciolaia, near the town. Rapolano Terme, is in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, an excellent starting point for exploring the area of the Crete Senesi, Val d'Orcia, Chianti. We suggest you visit the Water Park and the Museum of the Ancient Grange and Oil. Main attractions: - Terme Antica Querciolaia: 12 minutes on foot; - Terme San Giovanni: 19 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car; - Water Park: 11 minutes on foot; - Ancient Grange and Oil Museum: 53 minutes by public transport or 8 minutes by car.
