Our property offers a variety of experiences and activities, designed to make every stay special. During colder days or in winter, you can enjoy moments of pure relaxation in our renowned Romantic SPA, featuring a private room with a four-poster bed, sauna, and a three-person Jacuzzi. The residence also includes two independent villas, each with sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine. The interiors open onto panoramic glass-enclosed terraces, allowing you to enjoy the view and natural light in every season. The outdoor spaces are shared between the two villas and include a well-kept garden, children’s play area, barbecue zone, infinity pool, and an additional heated outdoor Jacuzzi, perfect even on cooler days. We also have a beautiful vineyard, and we are proud partners of the renowned Santa Maria La Palma winery. A short walk or drive leads to the Belvedere La Collina, a panoramic viewpoint with breathtaking views of Porto Conte Gulf, the sea, mountains, and surrounding hills. Here you will also find the giant bench, the only one in Sardinia, designed to give our guests a truly unique experience. In recent years, we have also decided to invest in the tourism sector, opening and managing several properties in our beautiful city, all gathered under the brand Residenze Alghero. For us, direct contact with our guests is essential, as every stay deserves personal attention and care. We love welcoming you as if you were at home and creating unique moments for you to enjoy the sea, culture, and natural beauty of Alghero.

We are located in the peaceful village of Guardia Grande, less than 1 km from a small town with a year-round market. Our property is part of the protected area of Porto Conte Park, surrounded by nature and close to the beautiful Porticciolo and Mugoni beaches. The location is also strategic for reaching the famous Tramontorio viewpoint at Capo Caccia with its lighthouse, perfect for excursions and breathtaking photos. Nearby, you can find agritourisms offering traditional Sardinian menus, while in the town of Fertilia, about 7 km away, there are additional markets, bars, and restaurants. The historic center of Alghero is only 15 km away, easily reachable to enjoy culture, shopping, and city life, without giving up the peace of the countryside and the sea.
