Property info

The "Residence Bellevue" is a new built complex of 6 home holidays with simple and practical furnishings, located 300 meters from the seafront and the main services of Santa Maria di Leuca. Although it is in the center, it is located in a very quiet area, so ideal for a period of total rest, for families, but also for young people (in fact, Leuca is full of bars where you can spend pleasant moments).

Neighborhood info

Leuca is the ideal location for those who want a beach holiday, but also for those who want to discover one of the most beautiful areas of Apulia, the "Salento", famous also for its culture, baroque art (visiting the beautiful Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto, but not only!), the Mediterranean cuisine rich of many local and healthy products, including the noble extra virgin olive oil. In this regard, we organize excursions into the land of "Messapians", among numerous age-old olive trees and even also into country-side. In autumn you can also participate in the olive harvest, organizing guided visits at the mill called "Frantoio", oil tasting and more! This is thanks to the collaboration of the "Frantoio Oleario Andrea Melcarne - Piana del Lentisco"
