The house respects the environment having ZERO EMISSIONS of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Unfortunately, structures like this are very rare. The apartment is bright, warm in winter and cool in summer.
Welcome! Above all those who love the environment will be well. Leaving a world in order for the next generations is my worry and my passion.
The house is located in the center of Avezzano, so a few steps from the new and beautiful square! For those who love history, the stupendous Roman city of Alba Fucens, with its almost intact amphitheater, is a 10-minute drive away. You can also reach it in 15 minutes on foot from the nearby village of Antrosano. The magic lies in the fact that when you do not hear anything but the sounds of nature, you can see the breathtaking goal! Absolutely knows not to lose! Then there are the Cunicoli di Claudio with which the Romans tried to drain Lago del Fucino. However, the work was completed only a century ago. Also noteworthy is the prehistoric museum of the Celano Marshes and the beautiful castle, all just a few minutes drive away.
