Residence Renaione In the quiet green of the pine forest of Punta Ala. The ideal place for unforgettable holidays of sea and relaxation. In the beautiful Punta Ala, the Renaione offers 36 villas that are about 300 meters from the beach. With a comfortable footpath in the middle of the pinewood, you get to the sandy coves with crystal clear water and the prestigious bathing establishments of the Pearl of Maremma. Inside the park of the Residence relaxation is guaranteed, at your disposal a large swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs immersed in the silence of the large garden. Private parking is reserved for each guest. Renaione welcomes all well mannered small-size pets (less than 10 Kg). No more than one pet can be present in each apartment. Be aware that the gardens are not secluded, therefore pets can not roam free and must be supervised by their owners who must also clean up after them. Every small house is finely furnished and equipped with every comfort; it is furnished with a table, chairs and a garden or a private terrace where you can eat, heating, a TV, a telephone and a kitchenette, these are some of the services that will make your stay
