"Scopello Case Vacanze" brand was created in 2009 by the several-decade-long experience of Cicerone Tour srl with the aim of offering our international costumers accommodation in villas. Riva is a house complex located in a panoramic position just few steps away from the gold sandy beach of Castellammare del Golfo. The complex is made up of 10 houses. You access the house through the living room with kitchen corner, dining table, sofabed, tv and airconditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped ( electrical oven, microwave, toaster, kettle). On the ground floor you find as well a twin bedroom (that can be converted into a double bed if necessary) and a bathroom with shower. From the twin bedroom you reach the back veranda where you find an external shower and a small laundry tub. Through a spiral staircase you reach the double bedroom with sea view and airconditioning. The houses are furnished in an essential and modern style, using the coulors of the sea: sky blue and sand. Each unit has also an equipped patio with dining table and armchairs. The patio is totally fenced and accessible through a small gate. On the middle of the house complex there is a big swimming pool and the solarium area equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds. Close to the swimming pool there is a barbecue area and an external shower.
