A family home brought back to life in the hills in RoncoBèrtolo, nestled among the ridges of the Bolognese Apennines, an old house has been restored to its former glory. For over three hundred years, my roots have been here, in a village that has seen generations intertwine with the woods and the seasons. Renovating it was an act of love: Renovating it was an act of love: we listened to the voice of the stone walls and brought the antique furnishings back to life, allowing the past to speak again. After many years of paperwork, I chose a change of pace, rediscovering my connection with the land and its people. First with a small bistro with my partner, and today by opening the doors of this rfeuge. My hospitality is like hand-rolled pasta: rough, honest, authentic. I love traveling and discovering the world, but it is here where I cherish the sense of homecoming. I will personally welcome you between the aromas of cooking and revitalizing silence, offering you a tailor-made experience based on tranquility and true care.
