Hotel is managed by Borrodde's family: Mariella f likes very much to cook the typical sardinian bread for our guest, Antonio prepares dailymade pasta and ice creams preparred with no industrial ingredients Annapaola takes care of the garden

Hotel Sa Mola is the old Borrodde's family house. Built in 1740, Sa Mola is located in the centre of a small village called Bonarcado and its atmosphere is very unique: archs, gardens, antiques, and the sardinian taste all over the property

Montiferru region is full of opportunities for courious travellers: its is well known from food lovers because of its huge oil meat cheese wine (Slow Food products) in hotel we organise tasting and school classes for those who are interested
