Appartment in residence in the center of the delightful village of San Vito Lo Capo, main street. 700 meters from the sea on foot. Provided with all comforts and services. At 300 meters you will find bars, markets, delicatessens, bike rentals, scooters, etc. Forget the car and enjoy total relaxation and fun.The house consists of: double bedroom with balcony, kitchen, living room, sofa bed for 2 persons, Nintendo Wii, air conditioning, bathroom with shower. Parking space included according to the availability of the residence . Beach service at a reserved price.
