Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves and the fishermen boats passing by. Imagine stepping outside your home and enjoying an almost 360 degrees of view on the unspoiled Sardinian sea… Imagine choosing a different place to enjoy the sea every day: three sandy beaches (one at the gate of the property, less than 150m away) or the rocks (surrounding the property, less than 100m away). Imagine snorkelling, canoeing, boat trips. Now…Stop imagining and make this dream reality! The 2-bedroom apartment (suitable for 2 adults and 2 children as the second bedroom is small and has bunk beds) is separated from the main house (where the friendly owner lives) by an internal courtyard. It is immersed in a large area of land with direct access to the sandy beach, and to the rocks. The next neighbours are 200m away! Ideal for a relaxing stress-free holiday in a Sardinian paradise!
Peaceful holiday home in a stunning location, in a small private peninsula 3km from the small and pittoresque village of Calasetta (Isola di Sant'Antioco) and 90km from Cagliari airport (served by several low-cost airlines).
