At the time of booking you will receive the link to check-in, to send the documents and pay the tourist tax. Check-in MUST be completed within the day before, otherwise access to the property is not guaranteed. Once check-in is complete, you will receive the door code on the morning of your arrival. The phone is NOT active from 16:00 to 19:00. Please use booking messages. To comunicate, to complete the online check-in and recieve the code, you MUST have an internet connection on your phone. Located in the historic center of Arezzo, San Clemente House is an independent apartment on two floors, completely available to guests. It offers two separate rooms: on the ground floor living room with sofa bed and kitchen; at the first floor bedroom with double bed with air conditioning and bathroom with tub, toilet and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and induction hob with oven and dishwasher. Each room has a flat screen TV. A safe, ironing board and iron are also available. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
We are Andrea and Grazia and we love to travel, so we try to make every stay at our facilities unique. In fact, we are also the owners of San Domenico House, an apartment available a few steps from this and present on Booking from 2020.
Located in the historic center but just outside the restricted traffic area, it offers free parking in front of the property's entrance. A stone's throw from the Basilica of San Domenico, the Cathedral, the City Hall and all the most important attractions of the city. Furthermore, the apartment is 1 km from the "Centro Chirurgico Toscano" clinic and 650 meters from the "San Giuseppe Hospital".
