Lodge San Rocco enjoys a privileged location in Livigno, directly in front of the Doss 18 ski lift, which connects to the Carosello 3000 ski area. Here, you can quite literally leave the house with your skis on and return the same way—no shuttles, no waiting. The mountain is truly right outside your door. The apartment is furnished in traditional Alpine style, cozy and welcoming, perfect for couples, families, or a small group of friends. It accommodates up to 4 guests and features: Double bedroom with a large wardrobe and heated storage for ski clothing Storage room for luggage Bathroom with shower Living area with sofa bed and second wardrobe Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and induction hob Living room with access to the balcony The windows offer beautiful views of the mountains, overlooking both the Mottolino and Carosello ski areas. Opening the windows in the morning is a true pleasure. In the warmer months, you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the quiet Alpine atmosphere. The location is extremely convenient: supermarket, pharmacy, ski rental, ski school, skipass office, restaurants, and the bus stop are all just a few steps away. The apartment offers shared condominium parking (not assigned). Upon arrival, you may need to briefly stop to unload your luggage and then look for a parking spot. However, once the car is parked, you will not need it for the rest of your stay, as everything is easily accessible on foot or by the free shuttle.

The apartment is located right in front of the Doss 18 ski lift, which provides easy access to Carosello 3000, one of the most renowned ski areas in Livigno and the ideal starting point to explore over 120 km of slopes. The area is extremely well served: just outside the entrance of the Lodge you will find the bus stop, offering quick connections to other main ski areas such as Mottolino, as well as to the town center. In only 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the pedestrian zone and the beginning of the main shopping street, with boutiques, shops and traditional local cafés and restaurants. Everything you may need during your stay is just a few steps away: pharmacy, supermarket, ski school, ski & bike rental – all literally at your doorstep. Even without a car, you will have everything within easy reach. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes lively and welcoming, with plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars where you can relax and enjoy your après-ski time. Upon arrival, especially during peak periods, you may need to take a few minutes to find the most convenient parking spot – just a little patience to get settled comfortably. The good news is that once the car is parked… you won’t need it anymore! The location is truly ideal: lifts, services, shops, restaurants and the bus stop are all just a short walk away. You can enjoy your holiday on foot, relaxed and stress-free.
