Modern penthouse with large terrace and enchanting panoramic view of the historic center, just a few minutes from the central station of Santa Maria Novella and the Fortezza exhibition area. Fully equipped and renovated in April 2020.
Born in Maremma, florentine by adoption, I watch tons of movies, I love stay outdoors, the sun, the sea, and relax. As host my goal is to know that my guests have enjoyed the stay in my apartment like their home. As guest I am very respectful of others' s things. Ah, my motto? "Just do it!"
San Jacopino is a lively neighborhood with many small businesses that meet all needs. In the square which is 50 meters from the house there are 3 bars, a pizzeria-restaurant, a pharmacy, a newsstand, a butcher, 2 fruit and vegetables, a small market, a veterinarian, a gas station and many other shops. In short, you can find almost everything you may need.
