Smart and Sea offers its customers newly renovated accommodations a few steps from the beach, in the beautiful Tortoreto Lido. The apartments, consisting of a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen, have all the comforts. Smart and Sea in the summer offers its customers the beach service included at the affiliated establishment Chiaro di Luna (it is necessary to book the beach rate). Beach service is guaranteed during the summer season until September 15th. Bicycle service is available to customers for renting (subject to availability). Each apartment has a parking space within the private parking of the structure. There is also a coin-operated laundry in the structure. Deluxe Apartment with 2 Bedrooms and Garden View is located at Via Guttuso 17, in Tortoreto.
