Among the features that characterize our property, you will find panoramic views from all the windows, both of the sea and the valley; the Vietri ceramic flooring, which gives a particular brightness; tranquillity and absence of noise due to the acoustic insulation of the windows and the thickness of the masonry walls typical of the historic centre. The dominant position relative to the surrounding buildings ensures privacy, despite being part of one of the neighbourhoods in the historic centre. The furnishings have been renovated with new furniture and appliances that modernize the apartment. Furthermore, please note that due to the presence of steps, the apartment is not accessible to those with mobility difficulties.
The host is a friendly and polite person, capable of providing you with all the information about tourist attractions in the area and ready to respond to any needs you may have.
The house is located in a neighborhood full of typical alleys of Maratea, where you can admire plants and flowers growing naturally from the rocks. The alleys, along with the nearby woods, allow you to breathe particularly clean and fresh air. Additionally, the chirping of birds is delightful due to the nature surrounding the neighborhood.
