The apartment offers has a modern living room with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen and dining area. It offers a modern bathroom with a large shower, toilet and bidet. Furthermore there is a double bedroom, a small desk and a single bed in the corridor. Additional information: Please note check-in is self-check in 1. We are required by Italian law to collect your documents. Use the link you get in the Booking chat to register yourself and all guests. 2. City Tax is required to be paid before check in. Pay it through the secure link we will send 3. If your reservation is for 2 guests we will prepare only the main bed. If you are 2 guests and need us to prepare the sofa bed you must communicate it at least three days before arrival. If the reservation is for more then 2 people we will automatically prepare both beds and no communication is needed.
