Solandra house is one of the 2 adjacent dwellings (Solandra house 5 beds and Oleandro house 6 beds). Each of them has an independent terrace, a barbecue, a parking lot/s, an air conditioner, a flat screen tv, a CD/radio player and a wood-burning stove. The common elements are the garden, the outdoor shower, the property access and the beautiful breathtaking view. The property is situated on the south western coast of the island of Lipari (Aeolian Islands) above the Valle Muria beach (one of the most beautiful of the island), 0.0621 mile away from the well-known view of Quattrocchi with a wonderful vista of the southwest and southeast slopes of the island. ‘Pianoconte’ is the nearest hamlet (0.621 miles away) where you can find grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and a post office. The town of Lipari is 1.863 miles away. Please note, unfortunately in this area of the island it can happen that some days internet is not available all day long because of problems on the external line.
I grew up on Lipari but later I travelled and lived pretty much abroad for study and for work. I love the sea and all sport activities related to it, my interests range from art to nature and traveling around the world. My job concerns multimedia, design, visual arts, images, creativity and coincides largely with my hobbies.
The district and it's view are some of the most admired and visited of the Aeolian islands. The beautiful beach of Valle Muria is a few minutes walk far from the houses, along a splendid coutryside path. Despite of the quiet and peaceful natural environment is the town of Lipari only 1863 miles away. Pianoconte’ is the nearest hamlet (0.621 miles away) where you can find grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and a post office. there are many spots I love in this area, the beach of Valle Muria, S. Calogero, Bruca and not last my house terrace!
