Brand new, modern apartment overlooking the sea and Egadi islands, consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (one of which en-suite), a bright and spacious living room with dining afrea for 6, fully equipped kitchen, pantry and panoramic terrace with amazing sea view furnished with outdoor fittings such as table for 6 people, sun humbrella, harmchairs, built in barbecue . Appliances: Air conditioning both in the sleaping quarter and in the living room, washing machine, oven, freedge and freezer, coffee machine, free WiFi high speed, garage, bicycles available, heating, airport transfer on request. Important: ON YOUR ARRIVAL YOUR DOCUMENTS WILL BE REGISTERED. WE INFORM YOU THAT THE COST OF THE LINEN IS PAID SEPARATELY ON ARRIVAL AS WE USE AN EXTERNAL LAUNDRY. L'appartamento si trova appena fuori le mura della città vecchia (circa 1,5 km). Il lungomare Salinella e i porticcioli turistici con vista sulle isole Egadi si trovano a circa 600 metri, la spiaggia di sabbia più vicina (lido Boeo) si trova a corca 1,5 km. La laguna dello Stagnone, con le sue saline e l'isoletta fenicia di Mozia, dista un chilometro e le scuole così come gli Hotspot e i servizi per gli amanti del Kitesurf del Windsurf etc distano meno di 4 km. A circa 400-500 mt supermercati , bar-pasticcerie, ristoranti, pizzerie, tabaccheria e farmacia.
