Liz is an international celebrity market artist who has worked around the world and spent the 10 years searching for her ideal property in Tuscany to share with guests. With her husband Massimo they have recently renovated Soleevino and created an oasis for their guests.

Property info

Soleevino is an 18th century stone farmhouse surrounded by Chianti Classico vineyards and olive groves that is marketed exclusively to adults. The home was listed on the early maps of 1815 but it is likely to be centuries older. The property underwent a large sympathetic renovation in 2023 and was re-awakened by the new owners who have created a Tuscan haven. Soleevino is a beautiful property and is only open several times a year to guests that are seeking something truly special. Soleevino is not a hotel but a authentic two storey, Tuscan farmhouse and is ideal for those who don't want crowds. We promote ourselves as a boutique bed & breakfast. We are beautifully casual yet tastefully and elegantly Tuscan. At Soleevino we limit the number of guests to ensure that every guest has a wonderful and tranquil experience. Our farmhouse is the true essence of Tuscany, perched on a hill and commanding a stunning location overlooking the town of Greve in Chianti. The farmhouse is equipped with satellite internet both internally and externally by the pergola. Facilities include a guest laundry, private on-site parking, outdoor pergola and several living areas for guests to relax. Each of the bedrooms are located on the upper level and can be accessed internally or via the external stairs ensuring another level of privacy. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have their own ensuite with walk in shower. We are close to the restaurants and bars of Greve in Chianti yet totally secluded and private. Soleevino is the perfect escape for those who want something special. Please ensure you book in advance.
