Our exact location is 37°53' 11 "N 12°28'35 "E. We are located inside the Baglio Sances, 150 m from the Stagnone. The completely renovated house is located near the necropolis of Mozia, Phoenician Island. It is also within walking distance of the Kitesurfing and Windsurfing schools! Our BB offers a living room with a sink, purified water always available in the room and in the refrigerator, coffee maker, and biscuits in the common room for guests. On request, we provide a portable induction plate for cooking in the garden. We have 5 double bedrooms all equipped with private bathrooms. The large outdoor area has a solarium, showers, tables in the shade and on the lawn, and private parking for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. We provide 5 bicycles free of charge for guests. Particular attention will be paid to sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, and cycling, as you will be given the opportunity to store their equipment in our garden and wash them thanks to the water points in the areas we have.

To reach the areas that have various services such as bank, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco, the nearest point is "San Leonardo". It is recommended to rent a car to have more independence and comfort in making the various moves. We are in a central point between Trapani and Marsala, both reachable in a few minutes by car. Our location is convenient for those who practice sports, and for tourists who want to visit the entire area, including Segesta, Erice, the Egadi Islands as you can take the hydrofoil from both cities.
