The property is a private and exclusive home jsut for guests. Privacy guaranteed. Waiting to hear by phone to define the details of your holiday, we inform you that you can organize everything you want, such as transfer service, daily cleaning or home chef. In the meantime, do not hesitate to contact us for any kind of information. After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 23.59pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 25 is required for late check-in (from 0am to 7am) or late check out (after 10am). Bed and bath linen not included in the amount. For the guests that need it, the extra cost is 15 Euro/person to pay directly on arrival. Free cancellation as indicated here on Booking. In case of cancellation within the terms, the deposit paid will be refunded. Only bank commissions will be retained in the event of a deposit payment by credit/debit card equal to a maximum of 2% of the amount paid.
