The area: If you prefer to escape the tourists, and the hustle and bustle of the city, do as the Romans do and retreat to the green mountain and emerald lake of Turano Valley! The town of Castel di Tora is only 50 minutes driving from Rome and dominates Lake Turano which is rich in marine fauna and a natural pool for keen swimmers. You can enjoy the lake (fish, swim, kayak, SUP, sail, sunbathing..) the mountains (hiking, walking, mushrooms, chestnuts, waterfalls..) and he small villages (castles, churches, real Italian life;) . So, choose if you prefer Relax or Adventure, in both cases you'll have a great "TURANO EXPERIENCES (at) G M A I L "with us!

The house: LAKE VIEW HOUSE is perched on a hillside overlooking the crystal clear waters of Lake Turano. This charming residence, built on XIX century and recently completely renovated, is situated in the historic center of Castel di Tora, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy, with a fabulous lake view from all windows / balconies and you can drive up until the front door by car. It has an independent entrance, living room with kitchen, fireplace, sofa-bed, 2 arm chairs, cave with complimentary wood, bedroom with queen size bed and balcony with lake vie, privare bathroom.
