Le Saline Guesthouse, is a guesthouse located in the historic city center of Trieste, in the immediate vicinity of the Central Train Station, within the Borgo Teresiano district. Each room features a private en-suite bathroom. As this is a guesthouse, there is NO on-site reception and NO breakfast service provided. Linen change and room cleaning are available upon request, at an additional cost. Room amenities may vary, so we recommend that you consult each room's page carefully and contact us if you have any doubts or questions. Since this is a guesthouse, and not a hotel, there is no 24-hour reception on site (but don't worry, you can always count on the help of our front desk) and there is no breakfast service. You can request linen change and room rearrangement at an extra cost. We are pleased to inform you that we have taken over an outside luggage room, available for all of you! You can now take advantage of this service to leave your luggage in total safety, providing you with more freedom and comfort during your stay. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us. DURING THE STAY: 🕒 Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 19:00. You will be contacted by our staff to register your documents via our Guest Portal, you will be required to provide ID for all guests. The day of your arrival, during check-in times, you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at Via Trento 15a , only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. Accommodation tax is per person per night for the first 5 nights, payable at check-in. Minors, residents and law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. if you have different requests please contact us, we will be happy to help if possible. Our guesthouse is located in one of the most iconic buildings of Trieste’s Borgo Teresiano district. We are close to the Central Train Station, just an 8-minute walk from Piazza del Ponterosso and 10 minutes from Piazza Unità d’Italia. Just a few meters from the guesthouse, you will find the newly redeveloped Porto Vecchio area of Trieste, home to the city’s convention center. 🚗 The nearest paid parking facility is Saba “Silos” Parking, next to the train station and only 300 meters from our property.
