"By The Sea" is a young family company founded in 2018 after many years of experience in the real estate and nautical sector. Barbara opened our office on the port as a nautical broker. At the same time, our partners, Paolo, Claudio and Salvatore gave life to "Noleggio Tolù", our nautical soul, which deals with the rental of dinghies and boats. Beatrice arrived in 2015, having escaped from the life of a university researcher. After obtaining her real estate agent's license, she started the entire sector relating to the rental of villas and apartments. We have combined our experiences, our professionalism and our ideas and have decided to put them at the service of tourists who decide to spend their holidays in Argentario.

Equipped with a private garage, the apartment is located on the first floor with private access. Entrance into the double living room with sofas, TV corner, and dining room, all furnished with valuable period furniture, with a double view onto the large terrace equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners and for moments of complete relaxation. The kitchen also overlooks the living room, equipped with all the necessary dishes for the living room; a small corridor leads to the sleeping area, with a double bedroom with bathroom with tub and shower, and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. From the residence, via a public staircase you can reach the town center on foot. In the Residence the use of the swimming pool located inside is available from 15/06 to 30/09. Parking is private but not accessible for large cars or vans. Tourist tax to be paid at check-in.
