Independent house are living room kitchen on the ground floor and double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor with terrace. The house is fully equipped for a delicious holiday. The cooking area complete with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle Moka cutlery, pots etc ... Private parking space recited in front of the apartment, this space can possibly be used for lunch / dinner or aperitif in the spring / summer months. We live in the building opposite where we will welcome you, we are available and present for any information on what to do and how to reach the most interesting points. Bus stop 100 meters from home, the historic center is about 3.5 km away. a nice walk along the Arno where there is also a cycle path that leads you to the center or to Piazzale Michelangelo; we are in the city but close to the countryside with quiet and low-traffic roads where you can jog, if you are passionate about racing bikes or you like to ride a bike and have it with you, you have the same passion and we can go out together also around Florence or even in the Sienese countryside that we know very well
The district of Coverciano where we are located is well served by public transport buses 100 meters away, the Firenze Rovezzano railway stop 400 meters away. Highway exit Firenze Sud reachable in 10 minutes. A large supermarket also open on Sundays is 200 meters from the house where there are also bars, tobacconists, laundry, pharmacy, bank, hairdresser. In front of the grocery store house, nearby 300-400 meters there are restaurant, pub, various bars, ice cream parlor, rotisserie. In the house you will also find a map with all the various indications of the premises and transport.
