Tenuta Kyrios is an elegant farmhouse in the heart of the Salento area of southern Italy and which has been converted into a beautiful agriturismo through the Palano Family’ s desire to breathe new life into old buildings once used uniquely for farming. Indeed, after many generations the cultivation of olives and the production of olive oil are still the Palano Family’s principal occupation and great passion. The Kyrios estate, whose strategic position allows access in a matter of a few minutes to both the Adriatic and Ionic coasts, has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its original rural features and also to provide contemporary comforts and the ability to relax. The warm family feeling fostered by the genuine hospitality of the hosts will make you fall in love with the Salento region and its ancient traditions.

Tenuta Kyrios is in Borgagne, on the Adriatic coast of the Salento region in southern Italy; a convenient location for your holiday thanks to its proximity to seaside locations such as Torre dell’Orso, Sant’Andrea, Roca, the Alimini Lakes and Otranto. We are also very close to Lecce and its wonderful Baroque architecture (only 22 km away). In addition, you can easily get to the Ionian coast either by using convenient fast roads or by going through various towns, including Galatina which is famous for its Basilica of St. Mary of Alexandria. To reach the extreme tip of the peninsula, the charming “heel of Italy’s boot”, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful European coastal roadways which cuts through the Coastal Natural Park Otranto- Santa Maria di Leuca-Bosco di Tricase along the heights overlooking the sea. Here some distances and the time you need by car: - Lecce: 22 km (30 minutes by car) - Otranto: 14 km (25 minutes by car); - Gallipoli: 36 km (45 minutes by car); - Galatina: 16 km (25 minutes by car); - Porto Cesareo: 39 km (50 minutes by car); - S.
