Just 15 km from Florence, 30 minutes from Porta Romana, immersed in a wonderful setting, at the gates of Chianti, the estate has 6 rooms, which can accommodate up to 4 people, all with private bathrooms. The property offers a large lobby, with a relaxation area with fireplace, cigar area and breakfast room. The structure is that of a typical Tuscan rural residence, the flavor that exudes from the rooms and from the context is that of a beautiful country house, steeped in the past, history and art, where you can feel "at home". All the works that enrich the rooms were made specifically for the estate by Florentine masters. All furnishing and renovation interventions by local artisans. The external spaces are loggia from a luxuriant natural shade shaded by American vines, a garden of over 300 square meters which is a natural terracing on the Chianti hills, a swimming pool that closes the circle of a “simply” and fairytale context. In the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Siena lies this beautiful hilly area famous all over the world for its landscapes and its wines, Chianti. Despite its limited extension, Chianti offers many things to see, such as medieval towns and villages, castles and parish churches. There are also many things to do, such as wine tastings and typical local products. San Casciano is also a small tourist-friendly reality, as well as a very "lived-in" place. Artisan shops, small shops, bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors enrich the already pretty historic center; particularly nice is the park, large, very well maintained and well located, perfect for children thanks to the many games present, but also for adults given the splendid views it offers. Florence is only 15 minutes by car and Siena 30 minutes
