Located in the heart of Tuscany’s Maremma Nature Reserve, Tenuta Agricola dell'Uccellina is surrounded by woods and green countryside, just 3.1 mi from the sea. There are many opportunities for outdoor activities in the Maremma Reserve, including horse riding and hiking. Guests can also visit the local wine producers at Scansano and Morellino. There is a children's play area in the garden, and activities and sessions organized at the farm. Beginner horse riding lessons are also available. The property offers rooms and suites, as well as apartments with kitchnettes, which are located in different buildings around the grounds. Welcome to Tenuta Agricola dell'Uccellina! We are lovers of our territory and its exclusive agricultural production that we enthusiastically seek to promote and safeguard. We want to share with our guests our passions and the peculiarities of our area. In addition to taking care of our farm and its productions (first of all wine and cattle breeding) we are, in the best Maremma tradition, passionate about horseback riding and - in particular - about the "Monta Maremmana." Hospitality is a passion for us and the best way to make our traditions and productions known.

Property info

Our farm (Tenuta Agricola) is immersed in the nature of the Uccellina Park (part of the larger Maremma Regional Park) and covers an area of 400 hectares with 1.8 km of overlooking the sea. It is an idyllic place characterized by silence and far from any form of pollution including noise or light. Although the area is very popular with tourists, our location within the Park territory offers tranquility even in the busiest months. Tenuta Agricola dell'Uccellina is well connected and strategically located near the area's major attractions (Talamone, Monte Argentario). Our property has an in-house restaurant (open to the public) where you can taste the organic products of our farm including: wine, oil and the famous Maremma meat. Inside the Estate there is a riding school ("Circolo Ippico Uccellina"- affiliated F.I.S.E.), and a wide choice of nature trails to be discovered on foot, on horseback or with the shuttle service carried out with 4X4 vehicles that connects the structure with the exclusive coves "Salto del Cervo" and "le Cannelle".

Our farm (Tenuta Agricola) is nestled in the territory of the Maremma Regional Park (also known as Uccellina Park) halfway between Rome and Florence. The area offers many attractions both historical naturalistic and enogastronomic. It is an area of production of famous wines such as: Morellino, Ciliegiolo, Vermentino and the lesser known Ansonica. The proximity to the sea offers the opportunity to spend unforgettable days among the wild coasts and crystal clear waters of the exclusive coves some of which (Cala Salto del Cervo, Cala della Cannelle) are accessible only by sea, on foot or by 4X4 vehicles. We are 10 minutes from Talamone, 20 minutes from the beaches of Monte Argentario and the lively town of Orbetello. Also within a short distance is the renowned tourist resort of Capalbio with its exclusive beaches and the nearby Macchiagrande Oasis managed by the WWF. The baths of Saturnia and the Vulci Archaeological Park are both a 45-minute drive away. Also suggested is a day trip to Giglio Island (ferries departs from Porto Santo Stefano).
