Our company has been operating in the hospitality sector in Florence for over ten years. Every day, we manage a selection of apartments with passion and care, located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the heart of Florence's historic center, just steps from the most significant attractions: the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Basilica of Santa Croce, the Galleria dell'Accademia, the Uffizi Gallery, and Palazzo Pitti. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

A modern apartment in a strategic location just steps from Ponte Vecchio, offering easy access to all local attractions. The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building, without an elevator. The property consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.  Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Eur will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.  As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature. Extra on Request: Cot on request: EUR 20 / stay Baby high chair on request: EUR 20 / stay Pets are allowed on request. A supplement of EUR 20 / stay will be required

BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in we will ask you for your ID or passport to be registered with the Department of Public Safety. If you do not have the documents or lack the required information by law we will not be able to check you in. - Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at a cost as indicated in our conditions. - Check-out time is by 11:00 am; - Other possible guests have to be previously agreed with our staff; - Parties are not allowed; - Pets are allowed upon request. A supplement of twenty euros per stay will be charged; - Crib and high chair available upon request, at a cost of twenty euros per stay; - Please be quiet after 11 pm and avoid to slam the doors; - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment; - If anything breaks, please let us know. We will come to check it; - Take care of your keys. In case of unreturned and or lost apartment keys, you will be charged for the replacement of the lock for safety reasons; - For urgent interventions caused by guests out of office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of will be required; - Tourists are required to pay the city tax of four euro per person per night (except minors under 12 and guests residents in Florence); - The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone.
