After much effort, I present to you the two apartments born from our ideas and the fruit of my decades of experience in tourist hospitality and travel. We are located at 5 minute from the main Square of the city Piazza Vittorio Veneto. INTERNO 1 is an apartment with kitchen, bathroom and a large bedroom which can go from double to quadruple. The second apartment, INTERNO 2, is the largest, characterized by its urban and contemporary style in which every corner reminds us of the great gift of living a life in harmony with oneself and with others, enjoying the nature that surrounds us. This apartment consists of two spacious double bedrooms, a very large bathroom and a bright kitchen with all comforts.

The structure is located a few meters from the historic center, easily reachable without passing through any restricted traffic zone and equipped with two parking spaces on request. 5 minutes from the train station and the Sassi entrance. The Lucanian land is rich in history, starting from Matera itself with its rock churches and the Sassi up to the Metapontino area with the Palatine Tables from the Greek era. Nature embraces you: the Murgia area of Matera, the peaks of Pollino with its beech forests, Maratea with its crystalline sea, the Lucanian Dolomites towards Potenza where you can experience the thrill of extreme sports, the valley of the gullies towards Aliano where you it will feel like being on the Moon. Everything in one region! Matera is also in a strategic position for those who want to discover the beauties of Puglia, Alberobello with its Valle d'Itria, Bari, the Gargano suspended between mountains and sea, the Tarantino area from where the Caribbean beaches begin and extend for all of Salento, an area of entertainment and culture in high season with its fabulous Lecce, Ostuni and Otranto.
