THE VILLA: it is constituted by two entrances for two different floors which lead into two different houses: downfloor house and up floor house (few stairs away). UPFLOOR HOUSE: 3 bedrooms with bath ensuite + large and well equipped kitchen + outdoor + large living with panoramic view to the sea. DOWNFLOOR HOUSE: a little bit inferior standard but very cosy and comfortable house: 2 bedrooms with bath ensuite + living room + small equipped kitchen + outdoor (view to ther garden). Small pool for relaxing and make children playing. Two showers outdoor. On the basis of the period of the year you can rent 6 sleeps (in spring and autumn) or 10 sleeps in summer (upfloor + downfloor). POOL: it measures are: 9 metres x 4 metres whcih mean it is wonderful for children but small for adults SERVICES: being the beach situated about 2 kilometres far from the villa we offer to our guests the following at the beach named "la Capannuccia": 1 sunumbrella, 2 sunbeds, 2 chairs, 1 cabin, 1 parking place (1 car); included on the rent one change of linen per week ON REQUEST: for extra cleanings and daily homemade meals ask directly after booking, we will do our best to provide them on the basis of your specific needs CHECK IN: generally you will be welcomed in person but sometimes we are forced to check you in from distance (webcheck in). In this case as soos as we can (usually in few hours) we reach you at the villa for meeting you in person
