Our rooms feature art, photography and furniture created by us, it is our home after all and not a soulless room for the night. There are no broken shower curtains, leaking taps or malfunctioning air-con and no noisy neighbours to keep you awake at night. Rooms are cleaned daily and breakfast is served in your room at a time that suits - no awkward shared breakfast room to deal with when you’ve just woken up.
Sara grew up in Arbus and speaks fluent English. Marek on the other hand grew up in England and speaks terrible Italian. Sara worked in hospitality for many years in England but presently she teaches English and works for the local tourist board. Marek is a designer, furniture maker and keen cyclist. We are always on hand (a private phone number will be given on check-in) to help book restaurants and advise on what to see and do - we want your stay to be a comfortable one after all.
On our doorstep we have Piscinas the largest natural beach in Europe with sand dunes as high as 60m, the stunning Costa Verde a 47km stretch of coastline that is simply breathtaking, the historical sites of industrial mining at Montevecchio and Ingurtosu, the prehistoric megalithic constructions of the nuraghi and delicious artisanal cuisine served alongside some of the best wines Italy has to offer. If you enjoy cycling or walking then perfect roads and trails await with very little traffic.
