This delightful HOLIDAY HOME is an open-space (4/5 people) with enclosed garden, covered patio & private entrance on the ground floor of a semi-detached villa in the heart of Southern Italy. The private garden (with outdoor furniture) is ideal for al fresco dining or sunbathing. All the large open space apartment and the garden are at your disposal and you haven't sharing it by anyone! This house, full of charm and welcoming, is furnished in old Italian style yet modern facilities and barbecue. It is the ideal location year-round, for children as well, to spent your free time in activities such as swimming, riding bikes or horses, hiking, skiing after fantastic tour in the area. During spring&summer time you can relax on the hammock and enjoy the fireplace in winter! Perfect for a romantic get-away, relaxing break or a family adventure holiday in every season and for job too. At your arrival a WELCOME PACK with typical southern Italy products and wine awaits our guests! You will also find a little amount of coffee, sugar, salt ...., shower soap, toilet paper, detergent… for starting easy! Direct connection by bus from Capodichino Airport (NAPLES) to POTENZA city.
Ciao sono Liana e sono lieta di ospitarvi in questa casa-vacanza a vostro uso esclusivo anche con giardino a vostra completa disposizione senza condividere! La casa è spaziosa e fresca in estate senza bisogno di aria condizionata. Ha parcheggio privato. Da qui è facile raggiungere il centro e qualunque altra località. Vicina a negozi, ristoranti e pub. Vivo qui vicino con la mia famiglia quindi raggiungibile se non sono in viaggio altrove e amando viaggiare intuisco facilmente i desideri di chi viaggia! Adoro vivere in questa zona verde al confine con la campagna ma in città. Ho personalmente ideato la casa e spero che i miei ospiti possano apprezzare l'atmosfera che si respira in essa! ENGLISH Hallo, I am Liana I live with my family nearby the house so when I am at home I am easily accessible for every need or suggestion. I travel a lot for knowing different places, people, mores&foods...that's why I can easily guess your needs! I love this area at the edge of countryside but in the city very close to shops, restaurants & pubs. From here you can reach every place of interest. I designed the house from inside space and furnitures to the garden and I hope you enjoy it!
This accommodation is located in the inner suburbs of Potenza town (Basilicata region) in a complex of a lovely houses surrounded by the country; supermarket & shops & restaurants 10 min on foot; 10-15 mins far from the old centre by car or 30 mins by escalators; free parking! From here you can easily reach the motorway to discover the beautiful hilltop towns dotting this region, really a hidden gem!
