The total of people in the pool never exceed a total of 10. Ancient stone-style traditional Tuscan house renovated with modern comforts. Located in the heart of Chianti, in a peaceful relaxing area, it's the perfect location to tour around Tuscany and visit Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca, and Pisa.
I was born in Tuscany Italy, I lived in Melbourne (AUS) London (UK) and Cologne (DE), and now in between Los Angeles and Florence. I’ve been my self an expat for years that is why I sympathize with foreigners who come to spend time in Tuscany. I run my own company and I am a Real Estate /Property Manager, a Property Finder, and Consultant for Renovation / Restoring. Also, I am a hypnotherapist, I offer alternative healthcare services to people who seek self-improvement, the modalities I use are Hypnotherapy, Psych-K, Guided Imagery. We noticed that because of the beauty and comfortable ambiance of our properties, our guests like to stay in most of their stay.
