Our property in Scalea: comfort, location and authenticity The property is a detached villa with a flat on the first floor, ideal for up to 4 guests. The rooms are spacious and well-kept: one double bedroom, a second twin bedroom that can be converted into a double, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath), a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room and two furnished balconies, perfect for breakfast or relaxing, one overlooking the street and one overlooking the garden and the charming Palazzo dei Principi. Air conditioning throughout the house, there is also a cot for babies and a stair gate for children and babies. The flat is tastefully furnished, embellished with paintings and works of art that many guests appreciate for the character and atmosphere they lend to the spaces. Strengths One of the most appreciated features is the exclusive covered parking within the property, a rare and very useful convenience for both Italian guests travelling by car and foreign guests with rental cars. The location is strategic: close to the historic centre, near the pedestrian area of the modern centre and about 500 metres from the sea. The house is also designed for medium to long stays, thanks to a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, complete set of crockery), high-speed fibre Wi-Fi and comfortable spaces. Scalea is also easily accessible without a car thanks to the railway station served by Italo and Trenitalia (a couple of kilometres from the property).
