The company that manages The Seven Genoa is a young company made up of several entrepreneurs who have been operating in tourism and specialized in short-term rentals for more than a decade. The experience gained and the excellent results have allowed the creation of this structure which combines charm and design in one of the most prestigious streets of the historic centre.

The Seven Residence structure is housed inside Palazzo Lercari Spinola, built in 1546 and included in the list of Palazzi dei Rolli in 1576. The palace of absolute beauty has recently been renovated and partly used as residences for tourists and business. The central location, in a pedestrian area, makes the structure an excellent point of reference for those who must stay in Genoa for tourism or work. The structure consists of 25 apartments of different sizes that can accommodate from two to seven people: - studio with kitchenette (max 2 adults + 1 child) - one bedroom and one bathroom apartments (max 4 adults + 1 child) - apartments with two bedrooms and one bathroom (max 6 adults + 2 children) - two bedroom and two bathroom apartments (max 7 adults + 2 children) Only some apartments have a private terrace. and are called "Apartment with terrace".
