As well as enjoying views of the sea and the lagoon, the two penthouses have access to an exclusive sun terrace with a hot tub. The outdoor hot tub is unheated and is open seasonally from around mid-May to the end of September, offering a pleasant, refreshing oasis during the hottest months of the year. Available to all guests: the initial supply of bed linen and towels is included, along with a laundry area featuring a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. You will have access to a reserved parking space either directly at the Residence or at the convenient “Parking Venezia” (internal dimensions: 5.00 m x 2.50 m, maximum height 2.10 m).
