The building is an ancient stone tower in Misileo dating back to the fourteenth century and originally owned by the Cavina family as per the coat of arms still present on the main door. It was part of a village with a hospital where pilgrims heading to Rome found assistance. It enjoys a magnificent view of the Senio stream and the hills and is about 6.5 km from Palazzuolo sul Senio. It has a charming internal stone courtyard and a large terrace for exclusive use. The apartment has a ceiling with exposed beams, kitchen / living room, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and on the turret another bedroom with two single beds and WC. Free outdoor parking
We are so happy to announce that we won a Travelleer Review Award this year ! #TravellerReviewAwards2023 We are two sisters and we share in this house, owned by our family for decades, beautiful memories of holidays spent by grandparents in the hills, with walks in the river or in the woods to collect mushrooms and chestnuts breathing tranquility and pure air. We wanted to give a second life to this magical place and share it with guests from other parts of Italy and the world who we hope will regenerate and recharge here. From here you can easily reach the romantic nearby villages such as Palazzuolo su Senio, Marradi, Firenzuola, Castel de Rio, Brisighella, Dozza or take trips to the cities of art such as Faenza, Bologna Ravenna Florence reachable in one / two hours.
