We love meeting people, that has been the secret of our success, we have been in the tourism business for over 35 years and now we have retired but offer our private houses for rent in an informal atmosphere and a surrounding which we like to keep authentic. If needed, we are available to our guests for information about the surroundings, Chianti area, Parking in town, local Restaurants, wine tasting and other information personalised and tailored to our guests needs Our garden is at your disposal and has one of the best view on the sunset side of the Chianti hills!

Nice points about our place: - After visiting the various cities of art it will be a pleasure to enjoy the quiet of the countryside, dive into the pool and drink a glass of good wine in front of the sunset - Each accommodation has sun beds reserve for in our pool, you will not have to struggle to get a sun bed or reserve one. - Easily reachable - The view of the garden/pool is on the sunset side of the hills, vineyards and olive grove The house is a typical Tuscan farmhouse, on top of a hill, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards with a spectacular view on the Chianti countryside, in a pretty hamlet which will make you experience the real Tuscan flavor. We have different types of accommodations - rooms, one apartment and a large house with 3 bedrooms (spacious 220 mq. semidetached property with private entrance and private garden). We do not serve breakfast but each accommodation has coffee making facilities (kettle, toaster, electric moka, fridge, cups & cutlery). Tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, mineral water and milk are provided free of charge and present in the rooms. ROOMS DO NOT HAVE A KITCHEN THE APARTMENT AND THE VILLA HAVE A KITCHEN they are self-catering accommodations We are available to our guests for information regarding the area/restaurants/parking in town.

We are in Chianti, the heart of Tuscany, an area which has consistently produced world class wines, like Chianti Classico and Supertuscan wines, not to mention art and culture. Our accommodations can be a base for visiting not only Siena, San Gimignano, Certaldo and Florence, but also Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino and the territory of the Crete Senesi. The pool, the garden and the country side around our property is the perfect setting to alternate between a day trip to visit the historical towns and a day of rest enjoying the peaceful country side and the panoramic pool.
