Tre Bacili | L'Ospitalità in Dimora is an Adults Only, Pet-Free, Smoking-Free, and Plastic-Free retreat, as we pay particular attention to the environment, privacy, and comfort of our guests. Since October 15, 2025, the Dimora has been certified ISO 22483:2020, the international standard for hotel standards, and is the first non-hotel facility in Italy to achieve this recognition. The Mansion features original architecture, integrating modern comforts and enriched with designer furnishings and contemporary artwork (Luciana tells me I have a "disease" for art). We want our guests to enjoy the beauty of this space during their stay and, if they wish, they can even have the opportunity to purchase some of the pieces on display. The property is enhanced by a swimming pool, which I affectionately call "the large pool." This splendid, extroverted space, decorated in elegant black tones and adorned with works by artist Vincenzo D'Alba, also offers a counter-current system, ideal for those who want to stay active while enjoying the Salento sun. We have a bistro open by reservation, and we organize cooking classes under the guidance of our chef Fabio.
