A comfortable and refined apartment nestled in Trieste's historic center, its windows overlook the elegant pedestrian promenade that leads from the Grand Canal to Piazza Unità d'Italia. The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate four people and features an entrance hall, a full bathroom with a beautiful, spacious shower, two king-size beds, and a fully equipped kitchen.
My name is Federico and I'm Maurizio's dad (my "helper"!!!). I'm from Trieste, I enjoy outdoor sports, good, healthy food, and I love history. I work in the paint business. I started this business because I enjoy having guests and making them feel good.
The apartment is located in the heart of Trieste's historic center, on an elegant and charming pedestrian street. This is the area of ​​Trieste richest in architecture, history, attractions, events, clubs, and shops of all kinds. The sea is 100 meters away, at Molo Audace, where the famous Barcolana regatta takes place in October. Most of Trieste's tourist attractions are within a 300-meter radius, making it an ideal solution for exploring the city, even on foot.
