Wonderful suite, one minute from the ring road, very convenient for trade fairs, the airport and conferences, few minutes from the historic centre, immersed in the green countryside, guaranteeing fun and relaxation alone or in company. Complete with all services, it offers an outdoor fresh swimming pool and hot swimming pool with hydromassage, table, seats, sun loungers, barbecue, table tennis. Possibility of conferences, events, team-building by the pool. The accommodation has an independent entrance and is composed of: Living room with very comfortable sofa bed, 65' large screen TV, kitchen. Bathroom complete with shower, bidet and hairdryer. Double bedroom with double bed, 48' large screen TV, mobile phone charging stations for each bed. Each room has its own window with mosquito net, railing and anti-intrusion alarm. The swimming pools and the wellness department are available every day from 9am to 7pm. Extra hours on request

Royal Suite Parma is the neighborhood with the richest greenery and beautiful villas in Parma. South of the centre, stretching out towards the splendid hills, it is very convenient for the ring road and refreshed by a beautiful stream. The property directly overlooks the countryside, and is caressed by a pleasant breeze for most of the year. Getting around the area: Free street parking, or on request internal parking with garage (based on availability). From the house there are roads leading to the historic center and the hills. Bike rental available.
