When you book with us, you are choosing an authentic experience, made up of genuine relationships, natural rhythms and lots of care. And we thank you for that right away. Here you will not find a 24-hour reception or “hotel” services. Instead, you will find us: Barbara, Filippo and our son Riccardo, who welcome you into our home and our farm, where we cultivate the land and produce organic wines. From check-in to breakfast, from dinners to cleaning, the three of us do everything. There are no shifts or extra staff: there is only our family, with our hands in the soil or in the cellar or in the warehouse or promoting our wines, and our aprons on in the kitchen in the evening and in the morning. We live in the countryside, in a quiet and somewhat isolated place. It is normal to have our dogs and other animals around; they are part of life here, like the scent of cut grass, fermenting wines during the harvest, and the scents of nature in the different seasons. This is why we ask you to respect the arrival and departure times: we need them to organise ourselves as best we can, alternating work in the fields and in the cellar with work in the house, so that we can always offer you a warm and attentive welcome. Ours is not a city hotel or a restaurant: it is our home, and when you come to visit us, you become part of our life, even if only for a short time. We await you with a glass of wine and a sincere smile. The farm where the Vallarom agritourism is located is in an area rich in history, the Vallagarina, in Trentino.
